This is one of my go-to recipes for my protein and grain serving of the day.
I got this recipe from the Bright Line Eating Facebook page, I made it to a blog post to find it quicker.
1 oz oats
3 oz pumpkin purée
3 oz banana
Pumpkin pie spice
4 oz greek yogurt as your topping.
* Put half the mix into a mini waffle iron. This makes 2 waffles.
If you have 1 waffle plus 40z of Greek yogurt that is 1 protein serving and your 1-grain serving.
