Many times Ash Wednesday has caught me off guard. It came before I had a plan in place. So, I have learned now to make a plan for lent a few weeks before hand.

Studies show that to make the best out of things (such as vacations, goals, etc.), having a plan and a support system in place gives you an 89% chance of success.

We want to invite you to join us this Lent along with St. Joseph as we spend these 40 days in a reset of our body, mind, and soul so that we can glorify God on Easter Sunday.

At the Fiat Wellness Center, we are participating in a Whole40 Lent with St. Joseph.

This year, the Catholic Church has given us the Year of St. Joseph.  We are blessed to have such a role model to lead us through this Lent to so that we rejoice with the Risen Christ.

What is a Whole30?

It is a 30-day (we are doing 40 to go along with the 40 days of Lent) program to improve one’s cravings, metabolism, digestion, and overall health.

It’s not a diet but a reset. You are not counting calories.  It is just a learning experience to see how food affects you as you create new healthy habits, and loses your sugar cravings.

You pull commonly problematic foods out for these days and then reintroduce them one at a time and compare your experience.

It will bring you the freedom to choose foods instead of having an emotional attachment to food.

The Fiat Wellness Center is your support system to help you succeed this Lent as you join the movement of #holinessthroughwellness.

Using all of our resources or just the ones that you want, you will be able to enhance your wellness and start to thrive in today’s crazy world.

Here are a few of our resources:

Body: Live ( as well recorded ) HITT workouts with a personal trainer on Mondays as well a Divine Mercy SoulCore workout on Friday.

Mind: Daily support using email, Remind app, and social media private group (Facebook).

Soul: Live (as well recorded) daily prayers of the Divine Mercy Chaplet, St. Joseph 30 Day Novena (Feb. 19 – Marcy 19), and Litany of Our Lady Sorrow as we end lent on Friday of Sorrows (the Friday before the start of Holy Week).

Consecration to St. Joseph – We will be participating in the Consecration to St. Joseph using the book from Fr. Calloway (https://amzn.to/3oLtL6Y ).

We listen to it being read by Father using Audible daily as we view live Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament.  This will be recorded and share daily.  The Consecration starts on Feb. 15th to end on the Feast of St. Joseph, March 19th.

You will receive the e-book to Consecration to St. Joseph by Fr. Calloway.

Whole40 Lent with St. Joseph is CLOSE. Thank you for visiting us.
